I mean... right? It just makes sense. And he couldn't leave Bugsy - the bulldog who is literally chilling on top of that cooler - at home. Roddy is a pretty gregarious guy, if you make friends with him I am sure he'd share that cooler full of beer with you! (Hint: to make friends with Roddy, say hi! Introduce yourself. Bam.
