All payment is collected in full, up front, before I start your piece. This is so I am not shafted any moolah, and I'm sure you understand. c:
I am still only accepting money through PayPal right now. Money-order, check, and cash are only possible if you can walk up and hand it to me. Sorry!
If you need to cancel your commission at any point before I have started it, I will of course refund it in full. I am willing to offer partial refunds once I've actually started work on the commission, but if it's completed in full or very close to completion, I cannot refund the money.
I reserve the right to refuse any subject matter I'm uncomfortable with.
If I feel a piece is particularly difficult beyond the needs of the description, I may hike the price up accordingly.
I send out a very rough sketch phase of your piece once it comes up in the queue. This is the time to make changes! After that point, the piece will move forward to completion without further alteration.
